Patient Satisfaction Survey
We had a 60% response rate to our recent patient satisfaction survey which we sent to a random sample of patients. All questions scored 4 or 5 with more than 80% scoring 5. The three questions that scored 4 rather than 5 most often related to appointment times (1), fees (8) and cleanliness in the practice (11). We have recently had a refurbishment and the patients involved had all been to the practice whilst this was being done and things had been a bit dusty with decorators working evenings and weekends, so hopefully that has been addressed now. We take on board that fees need to be more clearly explained and written treatment plans done where needed. We are extending opening hours with 2 Saturdays a month and plan to have a second evening open as soon as we can staff it.
